Information collected

When you request a date, the site collects the contact, event, service, location, timing, consent, and optional message details you provide. It also preserves campaign parameters, your initial landing page, and referrer when available. Basic technical information may be used to protect the form from abuse.

How inquiries are used

Inquiry details are used to evaluate and respond to your request, deliver a notification to Karissa, maintain a reliable lead record, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and support future follow-up. A form submission does not create or confirm a booking.

Storage and providers

Lead records are stored in access-controlled infrastructure used by this website. A transactional email provider sends inquiry notifications. The on-site concierge uses approved answers and does not store chat transcripts by default.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics may measure page views and actions such as date-request clicks, form progress, calls, texts, Instagram visits, concierge opens, and successful submissions. Analytics stays off unless you select “Allow analytics.” Names, phone numbers, email addresses, exact event details, inquiry messages, and chat text are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. You can clear this site’s stored data in your browser to choose again.

Retention, access, and deletion

Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for client communication, business records, abuse prevention, and applicable legal obligations. To ask about your information or request deletion, email hello@karissaglynn.com.
