Travel for Tahoe and Truckee
When Karissa comes to you, mileage is $1.75 per mile, round trip, plus a $75 on-location start fee. On-location wedding beauty has a $500 minimum. If the venue is more than two hours away, or the start time is very early, hotel accommodation is required and you cover the room.

Trial fees do not credit toward wedding-day services. A $150 non-refundable deposit holds the wedding date and goes toward makeup services. The balance is due 7 days before the wedding.

Party size & timing
A realistic morning plan.
Karissa works on her own with parties of up to eight. For more than eight, an assistant is optional, case by case, with a $200 assistant fee plus the listed service rates. Karissa arrives 20 minutes early to set up.

Trial & booking
Clear steps before the drive.
Request a trial when you check your date. Trials can happen at the Auburn salon with a $50 service fee, or on location at $1.75 per mile, round trip. Bridal makeup trials are $200; bridal hair and makeup trials are $450.
Booking follows: inquire → review → proposal → schedule trial → contract and $150 deposit → timeline → wedding day. Payments are accepted by Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App. Cancellation terms are in the agreement.
Please come with clean, hydrated skin. False lashes are included for the bride and attendants. On-site touch-up time can sometimes be added at $125 per hour.
